Loosely established partner arrangements offer less stability as the firms have only a temporal commitment to each other, which can put projects at risk. The GPC is transparent in our solution and staffing approach, which produces the best result for our clients with less risk.
  • Reach Back Support—Our clients have the flexibility to access resources when they need based upon the requirements of each engagement. Our membership of trusted firms within the GPC provides scale, geographical reach, and a depth of skill sets that are available to our clients as needed.
  • Demand Forecasting & Recruiting—We employ a predictive multi-step recruiting process that allows us to forecast short- and long-term staffing requirements while also providing surge capability to staff engagements with short notice.
